Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing theories, principles, and practices of family readiness groups, life skills education, and deployment issues; 2) Providing guidance to military or family members on inquiries such as relocation, ombudsman/family support, deployment and/or retirement; 3) Developing workshops and/ or programs that target all levels of military personnel; and/or 4) Applying techniques and/or principles used to conduct individual, one-on-one non-clinical counseling sessions with clients.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
1. This position is designated Non-Critical Sensitive. Incumbents are required to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance of access for the duration of employment which includes a background investigation containing no convictions of sexual assault or domestic violence, and a credit check.
2. This position may be required to travel worldwide, requiring the incumbent to obtain applicable vaccinations per DoD requirements.
3. This position requires the incumbent to obtain and maintain an official passport.
4. This position requires the incumbent to have a valid, state-issued driver's license to travel to various locations on the installation.
5. This position requires routine on-site access to government facilities. The incumbent may perform the required tasks at an off-site location for situational telework only.
