In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in planning, coordinating, and executing water resource studies or projects (such as flood damage reduction, navigation, environmental infrastructure, and ecosystem restoration); experience in formulating and analyzing alternatives for water resources planning studies or projects; experience in preparing study reports, including summaries, conclusions, and recommendations; experience developing and managing study schedules and budgets to meet study objectives; and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams through the Civil Works water resource planning process. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). This experience must be demonstrated within your resume.
