Duties
- You will advise others based on your extensive financial management skills to identify anomalies in ERP financial transactions and reports, research transactions as necessary, and work with technical personnel to resolve issues.
- You will implement current business practices, policies, processes and applications based on your broad knowledge of accounting and financial management information systems.
- You will research, evaluate, analyze financial and business-related data, as well as use problem solving techniques to make sound business recommendations.
- You will expertly utilize software systems to include Excel and other systems, e.g. Navy Working Capital Fund, ERP, to generate financial documentation to support analysis or recommendations.

Qualifications
FOR NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-03 (GS-9/10 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience analyzing programmatic requirements needed to support customer requirements, products and services for the implementation of work processes.
FOR NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-02 (GS-05/08 equivalent) or grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience gathering and briefing data to support customer requirements, products and services.

Are you an active duty service member? Active Duty Service Members are required to submit a statement of service printed on command letterhead and signed by the command.
