Summary

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a AIRCRAFT ORDNANCE SYSTEMS MECHANIC T32, Position Description Number PDD1736P01 and is part of the AZ 162 MAI GP DET 1, National Guard.

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics):

1. Knowledge and appropriate training in functions of inspection, maintenance, installation, modification and repair of air munitions launch, release, and suspension systems.

2. Skill in troubleshooting procedures, diagnosing problems and determining corrective action in the aircraft ordnance electronic systems.

3. Knowledge and skill to troubleshoot, repair, modify, or remove equipment and components such as bomb racks, pylons, launchers and electrical components.

4. Knowlege of basic electronics, principals of physics, mechanics and pneudraulics as applied to use a wide variety of test, measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE).

5. Knowledge of assigned computer systems used to document job data and a working knowledge of personal computers.
