About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency, located at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH) located on USAG Humphreys, South Korea.

Duties
- Execute a full range of clinical psychological diagnostic, strategies, procedures, consultation and treatment services for the Educational and Developmental Intervention Services (EDIS).
- Assist as a consultant and authoritative resource expert to the EDIS interdisciplinary evaluation team.
- Provide consultation to medical, clinical providers and school personnel on complex pediatric Behavioral health cases.
- Carry out psychological assessments of children referred from the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) case study committee.
- Apply appropriate diagnostic and clinical techniques and differentiates among mild, moderate and severe developmental disorders.
- Determine appropriate psychological tests and clinical interviews to evaluate and diagnose severe, chronic childhood psychological disorders.
- Serve as case manager for assigned cases.
- Perform diagnostic interviews, integrates interview information with psycho-diagnostic test data to establish and fortify psychological diagnoses in accordance with criteria set down in the current edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Basic Requirements for Clinical Psychologist:
Degree: Successful completion of a Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
Licensure: This position requires a current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently offered by a U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction is required.
In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements below:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes Providing psychological assessments to children and adolescents; delivering clinical child psychological services; applying clinical psychology techniques to analyze, interpret and identify behaviors exhibited in social settings; performing psycho-diagnostic tests inclusive of the ADOS to analyze, interpret and identify behavioral disorders and Autism in children and adolescents; and providing therapy in the early intervention primary provider model and consultation services to children and adolescents. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 and above).
Education
