Summary
This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Superintendent, Northern Cheyenne Agency in Lame Deer, Montana. This position will provide janitorial services for Facilities Management Branch of the Northern Cheyenne Agency.

Duties
NOTE: This is a permanent Full-Time Seasonal position and is subject to placement in Non-Pay Status when services are not needed due to lack of work, funds, or unforeseen circumstances.
Independently perform custodial duties.

Qualifications

Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for all trade and labor occupations, you must meet any minimum experience or training requirements per OPM qualifications standards and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which applying. Qualification requirements emphasis is on the quality of experience, not necessarily the length of time.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical effort is used in lifting/moving supplies and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Moderate heavy physical effort is used occasionally in moving, setting up and working from ladders. Use of heavy powered cleaning equipment is required, but not on a continually basis.
Working Conditions: Works indoors with adequate heat, light and ventilation, except for occasional outside grounds work. Worker is exposed to vibration from power equipment, and possibility of skin irritations from contact with cleaning solutions, and the possibility of injury form slips and falls.
