Summary

The Equal Employment Manager serves serves as a senior level manager responsible for the Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Employment (EEO/AE), Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and external Civil Rights (CR) functions for the VA Medical Center located in Memphis, TN within the Veterans Health Administration, a major organization within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Incumbent may supervise staff engaged in EEO/AE, D&I, ADR, and CR functions.

Open to full time, current, and Permanent Federal wide employees only. This position is opened to current permanent federal employees only. This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until September 30, 2024 or until the position is filled.
