Summary

The Registered Nurse Acute Care Inpatient Staff Nurse is responsible for initial and ongoing, physical and psychosocial assessments/reassessments to determine the patients medical needs. This position has administrative oversight by the Chief Nurse, Acute Care and is located within the Nursing Service at the Memphis VA Medical Center. The Registered Nurse will give immediate attention and response to critical events and assess, plan, and evaluate the patients experience at the Memphis VA.
