Duties
- Assists the General Manager in managing a large bingo activity. Formulates instructions and directives necessary to operate a fluid, profit generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base.
- Observes and evaluates business operations for efficiency and accomplishment of planned bingo functions and events. Supervises staff and ensures adequate staffing of personnel is available, and bingo supplies and equipment are in place.
- Assigns work for the accomplishment of all bingo operations. Carries out work in accordance with policies, regulations, directives, and requirements. Exercises judgment on routine matters where discretion is permitted.
- Seeks higher level approval on more significant matters that involve conflicts, or a change in policy or practice involving the safeguard and protection of funds, property, and personnel.
- Accepts fees, issues change, directs the conduct of operations. Performs line level work as required based on the immediate needs of the operation. Completes and maintains various reports and files. Secure facilities and assets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Work experience OR education directly related to the duties to be performed.
Highly Preferred Criteria:
- Possesses at least six-months of experience with managing or supervising a bingo program.
- Must be familiar with RecTrac and OMNI software, or other related bingo hall management systems.
- Must have experience operating a bingo caller system; ability to speak to with clarity and to large audiences.
- Possesses at least six-months experience managing bingo paper card inventory, or other inventory control functions.
