MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 8: High school diploma or GED and four (4) years of general secretarial and clerical experience.
Education Substitution:
- Associates degree plus two (2) years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
- Bachelors degree plus six (6) months of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Grade 9: High school diploma or GED and five (5) years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Education Substitution:
- Associates degree plus three (3) years of general secretarial or clerical experience.
- Bachelors degree plus one (1) year of general secretarial or clerical experience.
Experience working on a personal computer in a Windows environment is required.
Experience providing customer service in a professional environment is preferred.
