Monitor workload distribution, prioritizes competing demands, and adjusts resources as needed to maintain efficient operations.

Contribute to strategic planning efforts by identifying how data and analytics can support agency priorities and performance goals, ensuring alignment with the mission of the unit and the broader agency; deliver reports, presentations, and briefings to support leadership decision-making and stakeholder communication.
