For this position, the following Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) have been established and should be addressed within the resume application.
MTQ1: Experience identifying, analyzing, and responding to security threats, integrating security into the software development lifecycle, ensuring secure application development practice, analyzing and interpreting threat data to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks, and securing blockchain technology and related applications.
MTQ2: Demonstrated executive level experience overseeing process improvement, strategic planning, project management, and/or change management techniques; to include success in advocating for and introducing innovative programs.
MTQ3: Demonstrated expert experience in acquiring, developing, and implementing IT software systems using current technology best practices, including agile development methodologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
