Enterprise Support Specialists fill critical support roles across the organization, delivering a range of services incl. project/program/resource management, process improvement, customer service, and executive-level support.

Duties

As an Enterprise Support Specialist for the CIA, you will leverage your analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented expertise to design and implement customized support solutions that enable mission success across organization. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in organizational management, proven problem-solving capabilities, exceptional customer service skills, adaptability in dynamic environments, effective communication, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships.

  • You must be willing to move to the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Project/Program Management
    • Business Administration
    • Executive Assistant/Administrative Support
    • Customer Service
    • Process Improvement
    • Resource Management
    • Contract Management
    • Communications
    • International Studies
  • Experience using information technology tools, e.g., Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, etc
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet competing deadlines
  • Promote and practice the highest standards of professional conduct
  • Be able to demonstrate:
    • Initiative
    • Agility
    • Customer service skills
    • Effective communication
    • Critical thinking skills
    • Organizational skills
    • Interpersonal effectiveness; ability to work as part of a team and independently
    • Experience with process improvement
  • Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation
Desired Qualifications
  • Equivalent federal government or military experience
  • Four (4) or more years of administrative/office experience

Education

  • Associates degree
  • At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale is preferred, but exceptions are made for extenuating circumstance
