Duties
- Serves as Financial Management Specialist for the Installation, Morale and Recreation Fund (IMWRF). Assists in the development of financial policies, plans and fiscal operating procedures for Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) activities.
- Plans, formulates, and prepares operating budgets. Prepares IMWRF Strategic Plan, cash budgets and Capital Purchase/Minor Construction (CPMC) budgets. Researches, verifies, and revises program and budget data.
- Develops standard operating procedures for safeguarding cash and fixed assets. Prepares financial reports of NAF operations to include budget variance analysis, CPMC execution, and cash flow projections.
- Performs a wide range of review and analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives. Coordinates manpower and staffing issues with the NAF Personnel Office.
- Certifies the availability of funds. May assist with Baseline Mission Standards, CLS, ISR, SBC and the MWR Strategic Plan.

- Must be able to work between Monday through Friday 0730 - 1600 hours, Saturday and Sundays off
Qualifications
Standard Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices and techniques of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Highly Qualified:
- Must have at least 2 years of NAF and APF Finance/Budget experience.
- Must hold a four year degree or higher in the related fields of Finance and Business
Degree/Transcripts or certifications must be uploaded at the time of application in the Documents section in order to be considered Highly Preferred for this position. Resume must reflect all knowledge and experience listed under the highly qualified criteria above.
