Duties
- Serves as a Visual Information Specialist (Digital Designer) for mission-related productions.
- Evaluates and reports social media/website metrics to identify emerging social media trends and web-based content strategies.
- Creates overall visual effects through knowledge of typography, design elements, and visual placement.
- Design and implement social media concepts and multi-media content to highlight products and web content.
- Assesses client and customer needs and provides information, assistance, and recommendations to resolve problems.

Qualifications
Additional specialized experience is required in the field of accounting that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties described above. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Manager or Supervisory Accountant is required.
Must possess advanced Excel skills. Must be able to understand and evaluate complex information, data, etc. from various sources to meet appropriate objectives. Effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Strong ability to multi-task, self-starting personality with an even disposition to work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Must be effective in handling problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary. Must be able to maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions. Energetic and friendly team player with a passion for the highest level of customer service.
Highly Qualifying Criteria: Five years experience as a supervisor of an accounting operation.
Experience with Nonappropriated Funds accounting and budgeting practices
Experience with financial operations of the military.
Candidates possessing the highly qualifying criteria will be referred to the hiring official first.
Education
An accredited accounting or finance college degree, which includes either a minimum of 18 hours of accounting and 6 hours of business law or a business or a professional accounting certification (i.e. Certified Public Accountant).
