Duties
Responsible for resolving sensitive guest situations on as individual basis through telephone calls, letters, or special interactions. Asks exploratory questions to identify concerns, needs and expectations as fully investigate issues such as: long lines, food & beverage quality, inclement weather, negative employee comments, property damage and guest losses. Determines and provides appropriate level of guest recovery. Develops follow up procedures that is used with each department, as needed, to be sure that corrective actions have been completed to keep future guest situations from happening. Focuses on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences for our quest. May handle cash on an as needed basis. Serves as a member on the Executive Committee. Works closely with all departments to ensure a coordinated effort to meet our guests needs. Maintains "Manager on Duty" responsibility.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level.
- One year work experience directly related to the duties described above in a service related industry.
- Basic computer skills.
