Summary
Performs daily housekeeping duties which includes dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming and/or sweeping, cleaning/sanitizing bathrooms and kitchen area, trash removal, making beds and removing/changing bedding, restocking of amenities, bed and bath linens and other supplies, checking condition of room assets and reporting problems to supervisor and responding to guest requests.
Duties
Ensures security and privacy of all guests is maintained at all times. Demonstrates a welcoming manner and effective communication skills. Professionally interact with guests. Provides assistance in handling customer complaints. Performs deep cleaning as required to include defrosting refrigerator, cleaning windows, replacing/cleaning of drapes, carpet shampooing or cleaning. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must have general knowledge of cleaning procedures, cleaning equipment, commonly used chemicals (including SDS) and basic safety is required. Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with management, staff and guests.
