Duties

As the Housing Manager, you will:

• Establishes and maintains positive and productive working relationships with staff in the Administration & Operations division, Center staff, condominium residents, onsite condominium management, and contractors.
• Monitors and documents the short- and long-term condition of the condominiums.
• Maintains, repairs, and renovates condominiums and furnishings in accordance with standards and selections made by the National Gallery’s interior designer.
• Coordinates maintenance, repair, and renovation work with on-site condominium management.
• Coordinates condominium scheduling with the Center Administrator.
• Prepares condominiums for in-coming residents.
• Develops and manages a preventative maintenance program.
• Assists the Center Administrator in devising a management plan for the condominiums.
• In consultation with the Center Administrator and relevant parties, establishes a long-term plan for updating the condominiums.
