Summary

The FBI's IT Infrastructure Division (ITID) is seeking highly qualified ICAM Information Technology Specialist, to create a trusted IT environment by identifying, evaluating, engineering, and maintaining enterprise identity, credentialing, and access management solutions. Duties

  • Monitor FBI internal ticketing system for credentialing operational issues and collaborate with customers in a timely manner to address their concerns.
  • Leverage credentialing admin tools to support PIV, NSS PKI, SCINET PKI onboarding of FBI personnel.
  • Collaborate with key IT stakeholders when required to address FBI personnel credentialing related issues.
  • Collaborate with FBI field offices (FO) to assist as needed with PKI certificates related issues.
  • Support the management of NSS PKI card.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience:

GS-9: Applicant must possess at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS- 7 grade level. SE is defined as follows:
  • Experience supporting end users, various IT products, capabilities, services, and/or processes; providing testing support and offering recommendations regarding potential enhancements and/or incident resolution/remediation.
  • Experience providing advice and/or guidance to various levels of personnel regarding administrative and technical matters related to IT programs and/or services.
  • Experience configuring, installing, troubleshooting, repairing and/or maintaining computer systems, applications, and/or other IT products/services/capabilities.

Education

All degrees must be from an accredited college or university. Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:

Graduate Education:

GS-9: Applicant must have a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related.

Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the above requirements provided you can show foreign education is comparable to that received in an accredited educational institution in the United States.
