One or more of the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities are desired but not required:
- Experience with software development and software integration. Understands CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern software delivery methodologies
- Software development management experience using Agile and/or the Waterfall method
- Experience in short- and long-term planning, analysis, development, testing, delivery and maintenance of systems/software
- Knowledge of Command and Control (C2) and weapon systems
- Experience in the integration/refresh of COTS/GOTS/new technologies
- Experience in working within a distributed, multi-functional integrated product team (IPT).
- Understanding of Defense Acquisition Systems Engineering Process
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
This is a Defense Acquisition Workforce position. Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Engineering & Technical Management (ETM), Practitioner acquisition certification within 60 months in accordance with DoD Instruction 5000.66. Failure to meet these certification and Continuous Learning Point (CLP) requirements per the DoD Instruction could result in disciplinary action and/or removal from employment.
