You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Coordination and synchronization of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case requirements definition; 2) Management and oversight for case line development, execution and closure; and 3) Serving as liaison with Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) responsible for program management, cross-functional coordination, contract requirements, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) task development, and technical support.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service.
