Joint Intelligence Plans Certification or graduate of one or more of the following programs: Joint Professional Military Education I (JPME I), Joint and Combined Warfighter School (JCWS), Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS), School of Advanced Warfare (SAW), School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS). 3. Understanding of the functions of CCMD J3, J5, and J7.

authority and covered by the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), a General Grade (GG) pay system divided
into grades and steps similar to OPM’s General Schedule (GS) compensation system. All candidates must be U.S. citizens and are subject
