You must meet the following United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements for the advertised position. BASIC REQUIREMENT
To qualify at the GS-13 level, you must have one-year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 obtained in the federal or private sector which demonstrates all of the following:
(1) Ensuring the optimal implementation, maintenance and administration of a SharePoint online, including operations and support for implementing forms, lists, web parts and workflows; AND
(2) Performing application programming activities through all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including designing, coding, testing, debugging, deploying and maintaining complex applications following an Agile development methodology, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Framework, and applying industry-standard procedures and techniques (e.g., configuration management, source code control); AND
(3) Providing expert technical analysis of software technologies and products to determine their feasibility for use and to make recommendations on the value of adopting that product for beneficial use in the technology portfolio.
To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one-year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 obtained in the federal or private sector which demonstrates all of the following:
(1) Ensuring the optimal implementation, maintenance and administration of a SharePoint online, including operations and support for implementing forms, lists, web parts and workflows; AND
(2) Performing application programming activities through all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including designing, coding, testing, debugging, deploying and maintaining complex applications following an Agile development methodology, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint Framework and applying industry-standard procedures and techniques (e.g., configuration management, source code control); AND
(3) Applying project management principles, methods, and practices to manage and direct project teams comprised of technical IT experts (both FTE and contractor); coordinate assigned projects from development to production; identify and obtain required resources; develop milestones; and report progress to senior management to achieve cost, schedule and performance goals; AND
(4) Providing expert technical analysis of software technologies and products to determine their feasibility for use and to make recommendations on the value of adopting that product for beneficial use in the technology portfolio.
