IT Student Trainee
Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, delivery, and support of IT systems within the NAS under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Perform a variety of IT-related tasks, applying principles such as data storage, software applications, and networking.
- Contribute by collecting, recording, and analyzing data, and identifying potential issues for analysis.
- Work closely with team leaders and managers to prioritize assignments and resources effectively.
- Engage with internal project teams and occasionally external partners to enhance IT solutions.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology at least on a half-time basis.
- Completion of at least one full academic year beyond high school.
- Meet the Federal Employment qualification standards.
Education
Applicants must provide transcripts to verify at least one year of post-high school study and ongoing enrollment in a qualifying degree program. Official transcripts will be required upon offer of employment.
