Summary

The VAPHS Community Living Center provides compassionate, veteran-centered care in safe and home like environment to eligible Veterans who require nursing home level care.

This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT . Eligible applications received will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur on an as-needed basis until positions are filled.
