Duties
- Serve as the DCAA Management Information System (DMIS) primary monitor and administrator
- Develops and conducts auditor and administrative staff training associated with DMIS and all information management and/or administrative systems
- Identifies, evaluates and documents new or revised information requirements
- Advises management; monitors and tracks activities, data collection and analysis; and prepares responses to Headquarters requests, communications, and information
- Perform Records Liaison Officer (RLO) functions with responsibility for official file and file retention in compliance with DoD, Federal government, and agency regulations and policies

Qualifications
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

Specialized Experience:
You must have one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 or equivalent level. Specialized experience must be documented in your resume.Specialized experience is defined as independently maintaining an information management program. Examples of specialized experience include: utilizing management information systems to extract and utilize data; extensive knowledge of MS Power BI and Excel; understanding and interpreting regulations, guidance, policies, and procedures.
Volunteer Experience: Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

How You Will Be Evaluated
You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.

- You must submit a copy of your DD-214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty", showing the dates of active duty service, type of discharge and the character of service. Alternatively, If you are a current military member in active duty service and do not have a copy of your DD-214, you must submit a written documentation (certification) from your branch of service certifying that you are expected to be discharged or released from active duty under honorable conditions no later than 120 days after the date of application. 5.
