Duties
As a Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
- Provide advice, guidance, and oversight to all levels of management and staff on matters involving the full range of personnel management and administrative management policies and procedures.
- Accomplish and coordinate the daily operations of human resource management and administrative issues including recruitment, merit promotions and placement, position management and classification, performance management/awards, employee benefit programs, labor and employee relations, training, records management, and other administrative functions.
- Serve as liaison between management and human resources staff on issues regarding personnel management and position management policy, procedures and other matters affecting division administrative programs.
- Research and develop policy and procedures on a wide variety of administrative issues, including recruitment, staffing, position management, records management, etc.

How You Will Be Evaluated
You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
We will review your resume, optional cover letter and supporting documentation to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
