As a Management and Program Analyst GS-0343-09, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting with analyzing and evaluating departmental management practices, identifying operational challenges, proposing data-driven solutions including procedural improvements and technology adoption, and providing guidance on contract information management and stakeholder communications.
• Preparing administrative reporting, evaluating internal operations for efficiency and cost savings, recommends organizational improvements, and assists in supporting project cost and program economic analyses.
• Supporting senior staff by evaluating managerial operations, assist with advising on data management and customer service solutions, preparing project reports, and recommending process improvements using statistical tools.
• Assisting in identifying routine program issues, analyzing program performance using qualitative and quantitative methods, recommending improvements, preparing management reports, and contributing to all phases of project management.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
You may meet the minimum qualifications for the GS-09, if you possess the specialize experience, education, or a combination of the two.
Specialized Experience for the GS-9
One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-07 performing two (2) out of three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience in developing the effectiveness and efficiencies of a program or process and providing recommendations for improvement.
2. Experience in project management including development, implementation of planning tools and controls, tracking, reporting, and communicating with stakeholders.
3. Experience in analyzing data and documents to identify issues and patterns that need to be addressed.

OR
A combination of both education and experience in which the total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). 1. Ability to communicate orally with both internal and external stakeholders.

Education
You may meet the minimum qualifications of this position by meeting the following education options.
Minimum Qualification Requirements For GS-9
Two years of graduate education (beyond a bachelor’s degree).

A master's degree or equivalent degree

LL.B. or J.D., if related

A combination of specialized experience and education that when taken as a percentage of the required education and experience total 100% or more.
