To qualify for this position, you must meet one of the following:
A. GS-11: You
MUST have
one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the
GS-09 grade level in the Federal service (experience may have been gained in the private sector).
Specialized experience is defined as: Manage and coordinate administrative programs (i.e., human resources, payroll, travel, budget, and procurement); Use electronic system to prepare travel and/or purchase orders; Use automated systems to create and review documents for format, grammar, punctuation, style, and completeness; experience serving as a primary timekeeper.

B. Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree
or LL.M., if related.

C. Combination of Education and Experience.
