Duties
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the Converge program operations, including project delivery and compliance with established goals and objectives.
- Conducting detailed initiative cost analyses, cost-benefit evaluations, and economic assessments of current and projected initiatives.
- Driving strategic outcomes by transforming raw data into actionable insights, analyzing project metrics, and delivering concise, results-focused reports that inform executive decisions for Converge projects and initiatives.
- Researching defined contribution plan best practices and recommending new business and management practices to enhance Converge program and operations.

Specialized Experience
GS-12: You must have at least one year of full-time specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level (or equivalent) that shows you have the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to do the work. Examples of specialized experience include:
- Analyzing large datasets and trends to uncover insights that guide program decisions.
- Developing dashboards, reports, and visual summaries to track performance and communicate findings to senior leaders.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and project activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and smooth implementation.
- Translating complex data into clear recommendations to support policy implementation and improve program outcomes.
What Counts as Experience
We consider both paid and unpaid experience, including but not limited to volunteer work with organizations like the Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, or other community groups. Volunteer work can help you develop skills that are directly relevant to this job.
A full year of work means working 35-40 hours per week. If you worked part-time, we'll calculate your experience based on the actual hours you worked to add up to one year of full-time equivalent work (2,087 hours). To receive credit for part-time work, you must clearly describe your duties and responsibilities, and the number of hours you worked each week.
Education
