Qualifications
To qualify for Pay Band 4B you must meet the following:
Have at least one year of specialized experience relevant to the position duties and comparable to the MCC Pay Band 4C (GS-11) or an equivalent level which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, this experience is defined as: researching, analyzing and presenting international policy, economic or institutional issues; acting as liaison with individuals and groups both inside and outside an organization regarding administrative or organizational matters; and preparing a variety of written documents, such as project summaries, status reports, briefing papers, presentations, and meeting minutes. Note: this experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.
To qualify for Pay Band 4A you must meet the following:
Have at least one year of specialized experience relevant to the position duties and comparable to the MCC Pay Band 4B (GS-12) or an equivalent level which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. For this position, this experience is defined as: For this position, this experience is defined as: researching, analyzing and presenting policy, economic and international institutional issues; coordinating and facilitating with individuals and groups both inside and outside an organization, particularly with foreign governments and international non-governmental organizations and businesses, regarding administrative, organizational matters and project activities; and preparing and developing briefing papers, talking points, budgets, status reports and narrative and statistical materials. Note: this experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.
Time-in-Grade: Time-in-grade requirements apply. You must have one year of Federal service equivalent to GS-12 (Pay Band 4B or equivalent) to be eligible for Pay Band MC- 4A. You must have one year of Federal service equivalent to GS-11 (Pay Band 4C or equivalent) to be eligible for Pay Band MC- 4B. Note: This experience MUST be well documented within your resume or application.

- RECRUITMENT/RELOCATION BONUS may be authorized for this position. If you are not a current federal employee this position may authorize a one-time Recruitment bonus to be paid over a specified period. Selected individual will be required to a sign service agreement prior to receiving any bonus payments.
