Duties
- In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory, while resolving customer complaints effectively and ensures patrons adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Provide information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery. Assist patrons by checking out equipment and providing safety instructions.
- Demonstrate the use of new equipment and teach related classes.
- Plan, conduct, publicize, and arrange support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Conditions of Employment
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be willing to use and work with Epoxies, stains, adhesives, paints, magnets and other engraving materials.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Work experience which involved dealing with the general public.
HIGHLY QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
- Highly skilled and knowledgeable engraver with experience and expertise in engraving tools and machinery.
- Proficient in design software, to include Corel Draw X6 (16), Adobe Photoshop elements, with strong vector graphic conversion abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail in creating intricate designs on various materials.
- Excellent customer service skills, capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
