- Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience in the health care arena; health care research, health professions education, organizational compliance, or health care management, including professional learning and teamwork; and
- At least one (1) year of this experience (specified in the above bullet) must have been in planning and executing difficult programs of national significance or planning and executing specialized programs that show outstanding attainments in the field of research or consultation; and
- At least 1 year of the directly related specialized experience must be at least equivalent to the experience at the GS-15 level.

4. Communicating complex scientific or research policy topics or the results of research to nontechnical audiences.
SCIENTIFIC OR PROFESSIONAL (ST) EVALUATION CRITERIA:
