Qualifications
Specialized Experience:
GS-15: Applicant must demonstrate one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-14 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) performing the following duties:
- Developing Federal real property strategies for high-value projects to analyze consolidation, disposal, and/or redevelopment options;
- Leading real estate projects involving multiple to develop feasibility analyses, housing plans, and/or space requirements;
- Applying financial analysis methods to real estate projects to prepare analytical recommendations to senior leadership; and
- Supporting negotiations with Federal agencies and/or external partners to present policies and/or project information to stakeholders.
