Summary

This position serves on the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and Specialty Care. is assigned to North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, located in The Villages, FL. Responsibilities include the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning of mental health and psychosocial problems, often when the Veteran is experiencing crisis and include the provision of evidence based clinical/psychotherapeutic interventions, working with Veterans and/or their family members/caregivers.
