Summary

This position is for a PROGRAM MANAGER (DEPUTY USP&FO), PD# D1919P01, part of the Nevada Army National Guard. This position is located in the Office of the United States Property and Fiscal Officer. As the Deputy, serves as the primary manager for the USPFO, fully sharing in the direction of all phases of the organization's program, which includes managing the day-to-day operations of the OUSPFO, to include receipt, accountability, contracting, disbursement and certs of all federal resources.

Knowledge of complex concepts, principles, and methods sufficient to evaluate effectiveness of systems, develop and design programs, to support the effective use of financial resources,

Ability to apply a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of staff effectiveness.

Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors.

Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
